At Universal Supplements, we keep things simple — fast dispatch, fair shipping, and no surprises.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


🚚 Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $150 AUD (Unless otherwise specified - e.g. free-shipping promotions)
  • Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95 AUD on orders under $150

No hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.


🇦🇺 Delivery Times (Australia)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • NSW Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Interstate Metro: 2–5 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

We ship via trusted Australian carriers (e.g. Australia Post & courier services).


📍 Local Pickup (Port Kembla)

Prefer to grab it in person?

You can select Local Pickup at checkout and collect from our store in Port Kembla.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually same day).


⚠️ Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand periods
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or regional disruptions

We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


❗ Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Universal Supplements is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to fix it before dispatch.


📦 Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with the courier to resolve it quickly.


🌏 International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Australia only.
